Germany's Federal Minister for Health, H.E. Dr. Philipp Rösler and his delegation visited the Royal Hospital on 25th January 2011. In the absence of the Director General Dr. Qasem Al Salimi, he was received by H.H. Dr. Khoula Al Said and shown around the various departments of the Hospital, accompanied by H.E. Mrs. Angelika Storz-Chakarji the German Ambassador to Oman, and the former Director General of the Hospital and now H.E. the Minister’s Advisor for Hospital Affairs Dr. Ghazi Al Zubaidi. His Excellency Dr. Philipp Rösler later addressed the Hospital’s faculty and representatives of the German industry on ‘Training Opportunities in Continuous Medical Education’ at the Hospital Auditorium.
